Flagship

X-Vendor

From Street-Food Ledger to Multi-Tenant, Multi-Outlet SaaS

Functional product / evolving commercial platform

Turned a real operational problem in a Nigerian street-food business into a tablet-first POS and ledger product, then evolved it into a multi-tenant, multi-outlet SaaS platform after interest from other business owners.

Rescuify

Designing a trust-verified, AI-assisted food surplus redistribution platform

Final-year research prototype / simulation — not a production deployment

Designed and evaluated a multi-stakeholder platform exploring how adaptive routing, cold-chain monitoring and tamper-evident traceability could improve perishable food redistribution. In the Cambridge simulation the system recovered 27 of 30 injected thermal breaches and produced a 98.0% simulated waste-diversion rate against an 80.0% static-routing baseline. All figures are simulated experimental results.

Capabilities

What I do, in practice.

Product judgement first, technical fluency underneath it.

  • Discovery & problem framing

User interviews, contextual observation, workflow mapping and problem statements grounded in how people actually work.

  • Requirements, PRDs & user stories

Translating messy business needs into technical requirements, acceptance criteria and scoped delivery documents.

  • Prioritisation & roadmaps

MoSCoW and impact/effort tradeoffs, MVP definition, sequencing releases against real constraints and deadlines.

  • UX & prototyping

Wireframes, hi-fi prototypes, usability testing and iteration on flows before build effort is committed.

  • AI-assisted development

Directing AI tooling such as Lovable to implement specifications, then reviewing, testing and correcting output.

  • Technical foundations

React, PWAs, REST APIs, relational databases, cloud deployment, applied AI, cybersecurity and distributed systems.

  • Measurement & experimentation

Defining success metrics, baselines and evidence plans; developing stronger product instrumentation and analytics practice.

  • Leadership & stakeholders

Elected faculty representative, live-client project lead, comfortable running the conversation between users and builders.

  • SaaS & go-to-market

Multi-tenant thinking, subscription tiers, packaging, pricing structure and commercial expansion of an existing product.

  • Experimentation & pilots

Small, reversible tests — pilots, prototypes and simulations — used to reduce uncertainty before committing.
